Your business profile allows you to add information about your company, including your business name, address, category, description, email, and website. People can easily see this information when they look at your profile.

To view your business profile, open the WhatsApp Business app. Then, click More | > Business tools > Business profile.

Edit your profile photo

1. Click your profile photo.
2. Select one of the following options:
• View photo to view your current profile picture.
• Take photo to use your computer camera to take a new photo.
• Upload photo to upload an existing photo from your files.
• Remove photo to remove your current profile picture.

Edit your business description

1. Click Edit on the description field.
2. Select up to three relevant categories for your business.
3. Click SAVE or .

Edit your business category

1. Click Edit on the category field.
2. Select up to three relevant categories for your business.
3. Click SAVE.

Edit your business address

1. Click Edit on the address field.
2. Enter your bussiness address.
3. Click SAVE or .

Edit your business hours

1. Click Edit on the hours field.
2. Select one of the following schedule templates:
• Open for selected hours: Use the checkboxes to select the specific days that you’re open. You can also indicate specific sets of working hours for each day.
• Always open: Use the checkboxes to select the specific days that you’re open.
• By appointment only: Use the checkboxes to select which days of the week your business is open for appointments.
3. Click SAVE.

Edit your email and website

1. Click Edit on the field you'd like to update.
2. Update your information.
3. Click SAVE or .

Edit your catalog

1. Click VIEW OR EDIT CATALOG to update your catalog or create a new one.
2. Add or edit items in your catalog as needed. Learn more about how to create and maintain a catalog in this article.

Edit your About information

1. Click Edit on the About field.
2. Update your information.
3. Click SAVE or .

• Your business name, map location, and phhone number can only be edited using the WhatsApp Business app on a mobile device.
• Facebook pages and Instagram accounts can be added to your business profile by entering the web address in one of the website fields.
