You can share your products or services with new and existing customers by sharing your catalog.

Share your catalog in an individual chat or group chat

1. Open a chat in the WhatsApp Business app.
2. Tap Attach next to the text field. Then, tap Catalog.
3. Tap Send .

Share products or services in an individual chat or group chat

1. Open a chat in the WhatsApp Business app.
2. Tap Attach next to the text field. Then, tap Catalog.
3. Select the product or service you wish to share.
4. Tap Send .

Share the entire catalog

1. Open the WhatsApp Business app.
2. Tap More options> Business tools > Catalog.
3. Tap More options > Share.
4. You can then send the link to your contacts or potential customers through the WhatsApp Business app, or share the link using email or other third-party messaging apps.

Share an individual product or service

1. Open the WhatsApp Business app > Settings > Business Tools > Catalog.
2. Select the product or service you wish to share.
3. Tap More options.
4. You can then forward or share individual products or services with your contacts or potential buyers by selecting the following options:
   • Forward item : Share the item directly with contacts through the WhatsApp Business app.
   • Share : Share the item link through the WhatsApp Business app, email, or other third-party messaging apps.

Note: Catalog and item links can’t be customized before sharing as they’re auto-generated.
