Working with Solution Providers

If you're interested in connecting with your customers on WhatsApp using our Business API, we encourage you to work with our list of WhatsApp Business Solution Providers (BSPs). They are a global community of third-party solution providers with expertise on the WhatsApp Business API. These BSPs can help you communicate with your customers on WhatsApp for the approved use cases of customer support and time-sensitive, personalized notifications.

As stated in our white paper, third parties offering unauthorized services on our platform, such as automated or bulk messaging, are doing so in violation of our Terms of Service. If you have been working with a third party offering an unauthorized service, you may not be able to send messages with them on WhatsApp. We recommend you work with our authorized BSPs instead.

Note: The shared list of BSPs is for reference only. We recommend that you conduct your own due diligence of the company you choose to work with.
