For businesses currently using WhatsApp Messenger, switching to WhatsApp Business takes only a few steps. After verifying your number in WhatsApp Business, you can choose to have all of your media (e.g., favorite stickers, wallpaper), chat preferences (e.g., muted chats, chat ringtones), and chat history pulled from WhatsApp Messenger and seamlessly moved into WhatsApp Business.

Note: Moving all of your information from WhatsApp Business back to WhatsApp Messenger isn’t supported at this time. If you choose to switch back to WhatsApp Messenger, you’ll lose business features in addition to the chats and media created while using WhatsApp Business.
