How to shop while chatting with businesses
Some businesses choose to share lists containing a selection of items when chatting with customers, making it quick and easy for you to find the items you’re looking for.
Shopping while chatting with businesses
- Open WhatsApp.
- Go to Chats tab > tap a chat with a business.
- Enter a message to let the business know what item you’re looking for. Tap SEND
- If the business uses these lists, they’ll be able to share a list containing a selection of up to 30 items in their catalog that match your request.
- Tap the list. Then, tap a product to view product details. Tap MESSAGE BUSINESS to send the business a message about a specific topic.
- When you find an item you’d like to order, tap ADD TO CART.
- Note: To order more than one of the same item, keep tapping ADD TO CART until you’ve reached the desired amount.
- Tap VIEW CART when you’re ready to place your order.
- Tap Add a message if you’d like to send a note with your cart. Then, tap SEND
Once the business has your cart order, they’ll discuss your payment options.
