About creating stickers for WhatsApp
You can create your own stickers and package them in an app to be published in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Once your app is published, users can download and install the app to use your stickers in WhatsApp. WhatsApp stickers must be legal, authorized, and acceptable.
