How to share products or services from a catalog
You can easily share a business’s products or services with your friends.
Share a product or service from an individual chat or group chat
- Tap the Forward icon next to the product or service image.
- Search for or select the groups or individual chats you want to share the product or service with.
- Tap the Send icon.
Share a product or service from a catalog
- Go to the WhatsApp Business profile.
- Tap SEE ALL next to Catalog.
- Tap on a product or service to view Details.
- Tap the Forward icon.
- Search for or select the groups or individual chats you want to share the product or service with.
- Tap the Send icon.
Share a product or service from a catalog on WhatsApp Web or Desktop
- Go to the WhatsApp Business profile.
- Tap SEE ALL next to Catalog.
- Tap on a product or service to view Details.
- Tap the drop down icon on top.
- Tap Send Product
- Search for or select the individual or group chats you want to share the product or service with.
- Tap the Send icon.
