How to contact a merchant about an order

To contact the merchant you have sent a payment to:
  1. Tap on the message with the merchant you want to contact.
  2. Enter your response and tap

> Settings > Payments and view your order history. Then, tap on Order details > Message business.
  • While your personal messages on WhatsApp are always end-to-end encrypted, the payment descriptions you add to your transactions aren't.
  • To use payments,
    • You need to have a mobile device running Android version or later of the WhatsApp Messenger app or version or later of the WhatsApp Business app.
