Can't make calls on WhatsApp
If you’re having issues making calls on WhatsApp, try one or more of the following:
- Connecting to a different network on Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Turning off your battery saver and bluetooth connection.
- Checking that your router’s security settings and firewall configurations aren’t blocking certain types of connections. If you’re unsure, contact your service provider or network administrator.
- Restarting your device and making sure that no other application is using your microphone, earpiece, or camera.
Note: If you’re unable to make a call due to firewall settings, make sure you update your firewall settings to allow WhatsApp calling on UDP and TCP ports 3478, 3480, and 3484.
