Why can't I make a call on WhatsApp?

If you’re having issues making a call on WhatsApp, try one or more of the following:
  • Try connecting to a different network on Wi-Fi or mobile data.
  • Turn off your battery saver and bluetooth connection.
  • Check that your router’s security settings and firewall configurations aren’t blocking certain types of connections. If you’re unsure, contact your service provider or network administrator.
  • Restart your device and make sure that no other application is using your microphone, earpiece, or camera.
If you’re still unable to make a call on WhatsApp, contact us for support.
