Can’t send longer videos

If you choose an existing video that is larger, you have the option to trim the length of the video before sending it. If you are trying to send a video that you have previously received, use the Forward button to forward the video via WhatsApp. To forward a video:
  1. Open the chat containing the video.
  2. Press and hold the video.
  3. Tap Forward.
  4. Tap
    forward
    in the bottom left corner and choose your recipient(s).
Note:
  • For users with a faster internet connection, the default video size limit is 64MB and 480p resolution (approximately 6 minutes) on web, Android, and iOS.
  • For users with a slower internet connection, the default video size limit is 32MB and 360p resolution (approximately 6 minutes) on web, Android, and iOS.
  • You can share a video with a maximum duration of 30 seconds to your status update. At this time, it's not possible to share longer videos to status.
