About responding to surveys about business messages

When a business sends you a message on WhatsApp, you may be given the option to participate in a survey about the message.
If you choose to participate in the survey, you will be able to provide feedback on the message, including, for example:
  • Whether you like or dislike the message
  • How much you like or dislike the message
  • Why you like or dislike the message
To participate in the survey, tap Start survey. To opt out of the survey, tap Dismiss.
Note: If you choose to participate in the survey, your responses won’t be shared with the business. WhatsApp and its parent company, Meta, may use them to keep experiences safe for everyone and improve Meta ads.
