About account bans on WhatsApp Business

If your account is banned, you'll see the following message when you open WhatsApp Business: "Your account can no longer use WhatsApp.” It will also include an explanation of why your account was banned.
Note: A banned account automatically loses its Meta Verified subscription.
If your account violates our Meta Verified for Business Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or Meta Commerce Policy, for example if it involves spam, tries to sell items prohibited by our policies, and/or if it puts WhatsApp users’ safety at risk, your subscription will be canceled and a refund will be unavailable. Learn more in this article.
If you think your account was banned by mistake, tap Request a review in the app. Add details to support your case if you'd like, then tap Submit and we'll review your request. You’ll receive a notification in the WhatsApp Business app once your account has been reviewed.
We recommend carefully reviewing this article to understand how to comply with the Business Messaging and Commerce policies and to learn more about the appropriate uses of WhatsApp and the activities that violate the WhatsApp Terms of Service.
