How to see group members

You can view current or past members of a WhatsApp group.
Note: A WhatsApp group can have up to 1,024 members.

See all the members of a WhatsApp group

  1. Open the WhatsApp group chat, then click the group name.
  2. Scroll down to the members section.
  3. Click:
    • View all to see the full list of members if there are more than 10 members.
    • View past members to see members who left or were removed in the last 60 days.

Find out who the admin of a group is

  1. Open the group chat.
  2. Click the group name.
  3. Scroll down to the members section.
  4. You'll see Admin next to the admin's name.
