About complaints raised by WhatsApp users in relation to the goods or services sold by Businesses in India

If a WhatsApp user complains about a WhatsApp Business account, their catalog listings, or any purchases from that business, WhatsApp asks the user to contact the Indian Grievance Officer for that business. Businesses are solely responsible for responding to and resolving all such complaints. The business must acknowledge any WhatsApp user complaint within 48 hours and resolve such complaints within 1 month from the date of receipt as required under applicable laws.
