Can’t update catalog

If you attempt to add an item to your catalog but your listing and/or collection is rejected, a red exclamation icon will appear.
Catalog items are rejected for a variety of reasons. Tap Learn more to review our Commerce Policy to see if your item does not comply.
If you think your item was wrongly rejected, you can appeal the decision.
  1. Tap the rejected item.
  2. Tap Request another review.
  3. Enter your reason for the request.
  4. Tap Continue.
If you reviewed the Commerce Policy and your appeal was rejected, send an email to smb_web@support.whatsapp.com explaining your request for a third review.
