How to request channels report

You can submit a request for a channels report to see information on your account.
The channels report will include information like:
- A list of your followed channels
- Notification settings for followed channels
- Your interactions with channels, like reactions or poll votes
If you are the admin of any channels, the report will include information like:
- Channel name, description, and icon
- Number of followers
- Verification status
- Public updates shared in the past 30 days
Request report
- Click > Account > Request account info.
- Click Request Channels report.
Your channels report will typically be available three days after the date you requested it. You can refer to the Ready by date while waiting for your report.
Note:
- Once you request a channels report, you can’t undo or cancel your pending request.
- If you change your phone number or delete your account, your pending request will be voided and you’ll have to request another report.
- Your channels report does not include your account information and settings. To access your account information and settings, you can request a copy of your account report. Learn how to request your account information in this article.
Download and export report
When the report is available to download, you'll get a notification that says “Your Channels report is now available”. You have a limited time to download the report before it’s deleted from WhatsApp’s servers. Refer to the Request account info page to see the remaining time.
- Click > Account > Request account info.
- Click Download report. A ZIP file will be downloaded to your device.
- Once the file is downloaded, click Export Channels report > Export Channels report.
This report contains your private information. Be careful about storing, sending, or uploading it to any other services.
Note: Deleting the report won't delete any of your information relating to your activity and use of channels.
