How to pin or unpin a chat

Pin chat allows you to pin up to three chats to the top of your chats list to find quickly.

Pin a chat

  1. Click the chat you’d like to pin, then click
    menu
    .
  2. Click Pin chat.

Unpin a chat

  1. Click the pinned chat you’d like to unpin, then click
    menu
    .
  2. Click Unpin chat.
