About refunds for a purchase

AIf you’d like to request a refund for a purchase, please contact the merchant or business directly to do so. Once requested, the merchant can process the refund to the payment method used for the purchase at their discretion. WhatsApp isn’t able to contact the merchant on your behalf, nor process or issue refunds.
If you’re not seeing the refund credited to your account, check your next bank account statement for the transaction. You may not be able to see the refund transaction in WhatsApp directly. Please contact the merchant directly if you have any questions about your refund.
