How to remove a member from a community

If a community member is violating the community’s guidelines, an admin can remove them from the community. They can also remove them from all the groups in that community.

Remove a member from a community

  1. Go to the Communities tab and click the community.
  2. Click
    More Options (three vertical dots)
    > Community info.
  3. Click the member you want to remove.
  4. Click Remove from community > Remove.
To remove a community member who is the owner of a community group, you must unlink the group from the community first.

Note:
  • Only the community creator and admins can remove a member from the community.
  • When a member is removed from a community, they're also removed from any groups they belong to that are part of the community.
