How to share products or services with customers

You can share your products or services with new and existing customers by sharing your catalog.
Business Tip: Business owners can proactively share products or services with their customers to drive business interactions.
Share your catalog in an individual chat or group chat
  1. Open a chat in the WhatsApp Business app.
  2. Tap
    next to the text field.
  3. Then, tap
    .
  4. Tap Send Catalog at the top.
  5. Tap
    to send the catalog link.
Note: Catalog links created in an individual or group chat can’t be customized, as they’re auto generated.
Share your products or services in an individual chat or group chat
  1. Open a chat in the WhatsApp Business app.
  2. Tap
    next to the text field.
  3. Then, tap
    .
  4. Select the product(s) or service(s) you wish to share.
  5. Tap
    to send the item link.
Note: Item links created in an individual or group chat can’t be customized, as they’re auto generated.
Share your catalog through Catalog Manager
  1. Open the WhatsApp Business app.
  2. Tap Settings > Business Tools > Catalog.
  3. Once you are in the Catalog Manager, tap Share link to send the catalog link using email or other third-party messaging apps.
    You can also share your catalog from the Catalog Manager by tapping one of the following options:
    • More
      > Forward, to share the catalog link with others over WhatsApp.
      You can either search for a contact or select names from the list of Frequently contacted people.
    • More
      > Share, to send the catalog link using email or other third-party messaging apps.
Note: Catalog links created in the Catalog Manager can’t be customized, as they’re auto-generated.
Share an individual product or service through Catalog Manager
  1. Open the WhatsApp Business app.
  2. Tap Settings > Business Tools > Catalog.
  3. Select the product or service you wish to share.
  4. Tap Share link to send the item link using email or other third-party messaging apps.
    You can also share the item from the Catalog Manager by tapping of the following options:
    • More
