You can share your products or services with new and existing customers by sharing your catalog.
Business Tip: Business owners can proactively share products or services with their customers to drive business interactions.

Share your catalog in an individual or group chat

  1. Open an individual or group chat.
  2. Click
    add
    > Catalog > Send catalog >
    send
    .

Share products or services in an individual or group chat

  1. Open an individual or group chat.
  2. Click
    add
    > Catalog.
  3. Click the checkbox next to the product or service you want to share.
    • Note: You can click multiple items.
  4. Click
    send
    .

    > Catalog >
    more options
    > Forward.
  2. Click one of the following:
    • Click Send link via WhatsApp to send the link within WhatsApp. Click the contacts you'd like to share your catalog with. Click
      next
      >
      send
      .
    • Click Share to my status to share the catalog link in your status in WhatsApp.
    • Click Copy link to copy the link for pasting into another app.

Share an individual product or service

  1. Click
    more options
    > Catalog.
  2. Hover over the product or service you'd like to share, then click
    menu
    > Share.
    • Click Send product to send the link within WhatsApp. Click the contacts you'd like to share the link with, then click
      send
      .
    • Click Share to my status to share the catalog link in your status in WhatsApp.
    • Click Copy link to copy the link for pasting into another app.
