How to view a catalog

You can view a business’s products or services in their catalog. If they have a catalog, you can find it on their business profile.

View a business's catalog

  1. Open your chat with the business.
  2. Tap the business name to view their WhatsApp Business profile.
  3. Tap See all next to Products.
Additionally, if the business has an active catalog, you can click
shopping
on your chat with the business, or click
shopping
on their business profile, to access the catalog directly.

Share a business's catalog

To share the entire catalog, tap
share link
and select one of the following:
  • Send link via WhatsApp: shares the selected catalog over WhatsApp
  • Copy link: copies the selected catalog's link
