How to report a catalog or business

If you think a business is violating our Commerce Policy, you can report them.
Report a product or service
  1. Open the chat with the business.
  2. Tap the business name to view their WhatsApp Business profile.
  3. Tap SEE ALL next to CATALOG.
  4. Tap on a product or service to view Details.
  5. Tap More
    > Report.
  6. You have two options:
    • To simply report a product or service, tap Report.
    • To provide more details, tap Tell Us More. Then, select an option and tap Submit.
Report a business
  1. Go to the WhatsApp Business profile.
  2. Tap Report Business.
  3. You have two options:
    • Tap Report and Block to report and block the business.
    • To simply report the business, tap Report.
