How to manage community admins

Only a community admin can make another member a community admin. A community can have up to 20 admins. The original creator of a community can’t be removed and will remain an admin unless they disable the community.
Assign an admin in a community:
  1. Go to the Communities tab.
  2. Open the community.
  3. Click the community name > View members.
  4. Scroll to the list of members.
  5. Click the member you’d like to make an admin > Make Admin > OK.
Remove a community admin:
  1. Go to the Communities tab.
  2. Open the community.
  3. Click the community name > View members.
  4. Scroll to the list of members.
  5. Click the admin you’d like to dismiss > Dismiss as Admin > OK.
Note:
  • A community admin can't dismiss the admin who created the community.
  • You can remove yourself as a community admin as long as you're not the person who created the community.
