How to create and manage a collection in your catalog

Creating collections of items in your catalog makes it easier for your customers to find the products and services they’re looking for.
Create a collection
Before you create a collection, you have to add items to your catalog. Once you’ve done that, you can create collections to organize your catalog items.
  1. Open the WhatsApp Business app.
  2. Go to the Chats tab.
  3. Tap More options
    > Business tools > Catalog > Add new collection.
  4. Enter a name for your collection.
  5. Tap NEXT.
  6. Select the catalog items that you’d like to include in this collection.
  7. Tap DONE.
Manage a collection
You can edit your collection details from the Collections menu to ensure that your collection is always up to date.
Add or remove items in a collection
  1. From the Chats tab, tap More options
    > Business tools > Catalog.
  2. Tap More options
    > Collections.
  3. Tap the collection you’d like to update.
  4. Tap Edit
    .
  5. Select or unselect the catalog items you’d like to add or remove from the collection.
  6. Tap DONE.
Rename a collection
  1. From the Chats tab, tap More options
    > Business tools > Catalog.
  2. Tap More options
    > Collections.
  3. Tap the collection you’d like to rename.
  4. Tap More options
    > Rename.
  5. Enter the new name for the collection.
  6. Tap SAVE.
Delete a collection
  1. From the Chats tab, tap More options
    > Business tools > Catalog.
  2. Tap More options
    > Collections.
  3. Tap and hold the collection you’d like to delete.
  4. Tap Delete
    > DELETE.
Note: Any new or updated collections will be reviewed by WhatsApp before it can be seen by your customers.
