How to create and manage a collection in your catalog

Creating collections of items in your catalog makes it easier for your customers to find the products and services they’re looking for.
Create a collection
Before you create a collection, you have to add items to your catalog. Once you’ve done that, you can create collections to organize your catalog items.
  1. Open the WhatsApp Business app.
  2. Click More
    |
    at the top of your chatlist > Catalog > Add new collection.
  3. Enter a name for your collection.
  4. Select the catalog items that you’d like to include in this collection.
  5. Click Done
    .
Manage a collection
You can edit your collection details from the Collections menu to ensure that your collection is always up to date.
Add or remove items in a collection
  1. Click More
    |
    > Collections.
  2. Click More
    |
    for the collection you'd like to update.
  3. Select or unselect the catalog items you’d like to add or remove from the collection.
  4. Click Done
    .
Rename a collection
  1. Click More
    |
    > Collections.
  2. Click More
    |
    for the collection you'd like to rename.
  3. Enter the new name for the collection.
  4. Click Done
    .
Delete a collection
  1. Click More
    |
    > Collections.
  2. Click More
    |
    for the collection you'd like to delete.
  3. Click Delete > OK.
Note: Any new or updated collections will be reviewed by WhatsApp before it can be seen by your customers.
