Meta determines plan availability based on your business activity, including the volume of your interactions with consumers on WhatsApp. The subscription offering that is available to your business reflects the level of support required by Meta to provide subscription benefits commensurate with your business’ engagement and activity on WhatsApp.

What if my business already has a verified badge?
Your business might have received a verified badge previously to indicate that your account was official. If you have a verified badge today, you keep your verified status. No action is required from you.
Add Protected business accounts after subscribing
If your business has multiple accounts on WhatsApp, you’ll need to add those accounts as Protected business accounts after purchasing a subscription for Meta Verified for businesses on WhatsApp. This helps protect associated accounts from being falsely banned for impersonation. Update business information before subscribing
Before subscribing to Meta Verified for businesses on WhatsApp, verify that your business and account information are up-to-date.
