You can track the status of reports you’ve filed by clicking More Options > Settings > Help > Channel reports. Reviews that are still in progress will be labeled Report in review. Once a review is completed, it will be labeled Report reviewed. Tap the report to view WhatsApp’s decision. No one in the Channel will know about this report nor is the admin notified of your request.
You have the option of requesting a review if you disagree with WhatsApp's decision that the update or channel isn't violating the guidelines. To do so:
- Click More options > Settings > Help > Channel reports.
- Click the report you'd like to resubmit.
- Click Request review. Then, click Next.
- Select the reason you're requesting a review.
- Click Request review.
Like the other reports, you can also monitor the status of your review from More options > Settings > Help > Channel reports. Appealed reviews will be viewable at the beginning of the list of reports.
