How to use labels

Labels help you organize and quickly find your chats. You can create labels with different colors or names and add them to an entire chat.
Marketing messages let you share promotions, reminders, and more with all the customers in a label at once.

Create labels

  1. Tap Chats >
    More Options (three vertical dots)
    > Label chat.
  2. Enter label name > tap
    Check Mark (checkmark)
    > tap Save.
Note: You can create up to 20 labels.

Apply labels to a chat

  1. Tap and hold the chat > tap
    Label (post it within circle)
    .
  2. Select desired labels > tap Save.
Note: If multiple labels are applied to a chat, labels will appear stacked.

Find labeled content

  1. Tap Chats >
    More Options (three vertical dots)
    > Label chat.
  2. Tap a label.
From the Chats screen, you can also tap on a customer's profile photo or group icon to see all associated labels.

Manage labels

Tap CHATS >
More Options (three vertical dots)
> Labels. Tap the label you want to manage. You can make the following changes:
  • Edit a label: Tap the label >
    More Options (three vertical dots)
    > Edit label.
  • Change the color of a label: Tap the label >
    More Options (three vertical dots)
    > Choose color.
  • Delete a label: Tap the label >
    More Options (three vertical dots)
    > Delete label > Yes.
  • Create new broadcast: Tap the label >
    More Options (three vertical dots)
    > Message customers. Tap
    Check Mark (checkmark)
    to draft and send your message.
    • Note: Broadcast messages created using labels can't be sent to groups. Only individual customers will receive a broadcast message created using labels.
