About syncing WhatsApp Business with Facebook Pages

You can link your Facebook Page with your WhatsApp Business account, which allows you to sync the business information from your Facebook Page with your WhatsApp Business account.
To link the WhatsApp business account, users must have:
  • A Facebook page for their business
  • An account on the WhatsApp Business app
  • The latest versions of both mobile apps
Once linked, your Facebook Page automatically syncs business information to your WhatsApp Business account.
While sync is enabled, sections of your business profile on the WhatsApp Business app auto-populate with information from the linked Facebook Page:
  • Business hours
  • Address
  • Description
  • Category
  • Website URL
  • Email
