How to block or unblock a business

To stop receiving messages from a business on WhatsApp:
  1. Open the chat from the business.
  2. Tap the business name, then tap Block or Block Business.
To unblock a business on WhatsApp:
  1. Go to WhatsApp settings.
  2. Tap Account > Privacy > Blocked.
  3. Select the business name, then tap Unblock or Unblock business.
