To stop receiving messages from a business on WhatsApp, open the chat with the business. Tap the business name > Block Business. Select the reason for blocking > Block.

To unblock a business on WhatsApp, go to WhatsApp Settings > Privacy > Blocked. Tap the business name > Unblock Business.
