How to block or unblock a business

To stop receiving messages from a business on WhatsApp, open the chat from the business. Then, tap the business name > Block Business.

To unblock a business on WhatsApp, go to WhatsApp settings. Then, tap Account > Privacy > Blocked contacts > the business name > Unblock.
