How to manage your account options
WhatsApp keeps your privacy in mind and we hope you enjoy using the service.
You can request your account information from WhatsApp or manually export your chat history at any time. You can also easily delete your account if you prefer not to accept our Terms, though we'll be sorry to see you leave WhatsApp.
How to request your account information
The request account information feature allows you to submit a request for, and export a report of, your WhatsApp account information and settings. The report won’t include your messages. If you want to access your messages outside the app, you can export your chat history instead.

You can export a copy of your chat history at any time. If you want to remove WhatsApp from your device, but don't want to lose any of your messages, be sure to export your chat history before you remove the app.
