How to report an issue to WhatsApp

Note: We are slowly rolling out this feature. This feature is currently only available in beta.
If you’re experiencing a technical issue on WhatsApp, ensure that it's not a connectivity issue and you have a stable internet connection.
If the issue still persists, you can report it to WhatsApp.
To report a technical issue to WhatsApp:
  1. Tap
    more options

  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Report a bug.
  4. Type in your issue in the form. Mention what actions you were trying to take before experiencing the issue.
    • Note: You’d need to enter at least 10 characters when describing the issue.
    • Tip: You can include screenshots to help us better understand and address the problem.
  5. Tap Submit.
Your report will be sent to our internal team for further review and troubleshooting.
