About payments for Meta Verified for Business on WhatsApp
Meta Verified for Business is a paid subscription for eligible businesses on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. You can purchase your Meta Verified subscription with any of the following payment methods.

Supported payment methods
Use any payment methods supported by the Apple App store and Google Play store to pay for Meta Verified on the WhatsApp Business app.
Automatic renewals
Meta Verified business subscriptions are charged on a monthly basis and automatically renew every month.
Payment due dates
Your Meta Verified subscription will be charged to the selected payment method on your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. You will automatically be charged every month from your initial payment date, until you cancel your subscription.
- For example: If you purchased your subscription on January 24th, you will be charged again on February 24th, March 24th, and so on.
Payment history
Once you’ve successfully completed the verification process for your business, you can view your Meta Verified subscription payment history in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Learn how to view your payment history for Meta Verified.
Refunds
Refunds for Meta Verified business subscriptions are available if you didn't complete the verification process or if we weren't able to verify your business. There are no partial refunds. Learn more about refunds for Meta Verified business subscriptions.
If you purchased your subscription on Meta Business Suite, your refund will be processed automatically. If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play Store, your refund will be processed automatically. If you purchased your subscription through Apple, you’ll need to request a refund through the Apple App Store.
Note: If your account violates our Meta Verified for Business Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, your subscription will be canceled.
