We strive to keep Whatsapp users safe and prevent abuse on our platform. To help achieve this, your business broadcasts are subject to review by Meta before you send them in chats on WhatsApp. Meta can’t access your messages once they’re sent in a WhatsApp chat. Meta can only review messages before they’re sent in chats, and does so only to make sure they don’t contain anything that might be harmful to Meta, WhatsApp or our users. Meta cannot access any information or details of the audience you choose for your business broadcasts. You’ll be notified if a draft message is not approved to send, with guidance for how to update it and try again.
