How to use voice messages on Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses
You can send and receive voice messages on Ray-Ban Meta to keep connected with your loved ones and easily communicate on the go.
Send a voice message
- Say “Hey Meta, send a voice message to [WhatsApp contact name].”
- Your glasses will let you know it’s recording.
- Say your voice message.
- Note: Your voice message can be up to 60 seconds long. The recording will automatically end if you pause or stop talking for three seconds.
- Your glasses will ask if you’re ready to send.
- Say “Yes” to send.
Note: If your contact doesn’t have Ray-Ban Meta, they can play the voice message back on WhatsApp on their phone.
Receive a voice message
- If you’ve enabled Announce messages in settings, your glasses will announce when you have a new voice message.
- For example: “Voice message from Katy.”
- Say “Hey Meta, play message” to hear your message.
Note: You can choose to listen to the voice message later on your phone.
