How to use cart on WhatsApp Business
As a WhatsApp Business user, your customers can add items from your catalog to their cart. To use this feature, you and your customers must be on the latest version of WhatsApp.
Turn carts on and off
Android
- Tap More options > Business tools > Catalog.
- Tap More options > Settings.
- Turn Show add to cart button on or off.
iPhone
- Tap Settings > Business tools > Catalog.
- Tap More > Settings.
- Turn Show add to cart button on or off.
Web/Desktop
- Click More| at the top of your chatlist > Catalog.
- Then, click More| > Settings.
- In the Add to cart section, click On or Off.
Note: When you change your carts settings, the change may take up to 24 hours to be reflected. If you turn off the carts feature, you may still receive carts from customers in that 24-hour period.
