About using the shopping button

The shopping button (

) gives you access to a business’s catalog directly from your chat screen, making it easy to explore a business’s products and services while using WhatsApp. You can still access the business's catalog from their business profile.
Note:
  • This feature is currently only available to businesses that use the WhatsApp Business app.
  • To use this feature, businesses must have a catalog.
