About WhatsApp on Meta Quest

You can download WhatsApp from the Meta Quest Store on your Quest 2, Quest Pro, or Quest 3 headset.
You can use WhatsApp on Meta Quest to send and reply to messages and make calls, just as you would on your mobile device.

How do I link my phone and WhatsApp on Meta Quest?

On your headset
  1. Download WhatsApp from the Meta Quest Store.
  2. Open WhatsApp and select a language
  3. Enter your phone number.
  4. You’ll see a prompt to link your phone with an eight-character code.
On your phone
  1. Open WhatsApp on your phone.
  2. Tap Settings on iPhone or More Options on Android > Linked devices.
  3. Tap Link a device > Link with phone number instead.
  4. Enter the eight-character code shown on WhatsApp on your headset.
Once WhatsApp on your phone and headset are linked, your account will load on WhatsApp on Meta Quest.
Your calls and messages remain end-to-end encrypted while using WhatsApp on Meta Quest. No-one, not even WhatsApp or Meta, can listen to or read them.
