The shopping button 
gives you access to a business’s catalog directly from your chat screen. You can still access the business's catalog from their business profile.
To make the shopping button available to your customers, you must have an account registered to the WhatsApp Business app that includes a catalog. If you meet those requirements, the shopping button automatically appears to your customers in their chats with you.
