How to manage your business broadcasts

Marketing messages is now business broadcasts in some countries. Business broadcasts might not be available to you yet. If you're still seeing marketing messages, refer to this article.
Some businesses have access to additional business broadcasts as part of their Meta Verified subscription. This is a trial feature and may not be available to you yet.
To see all of your business broadcasts, go to the Tools tab > tap Business broadcasts.

View, edit, and delete a business broadcast

Tap a business broadcast to view it. To edit or delete a broadcast, tap
more options
> Create editable copy or Delete broadcast.
If you edit a broadcast that's already been sent, those changes will not be displayed to anyone who has already received the message. If you delete a message that's already been sent, anyone who has already received the business broadcast will still be able to see it.

Send a business broadcast again

Tap a business broadcast > Send again to send your message again. Select your business broadcast again. You can also see how many times the business broadcast has been sent to a particular contact.

> Business broadcasts to see how your broadcasts are performing overall. You can see:
  • How many replies your broadcasts have received
  • Average rate at which customers read your broadcasts
    • Note: This information won't reflect recipients who have turned off read receipts.
Tap a business broadcast to view insights for it. You can see:
  • The date the broadcast was sent
  • How many times the broadcast was delivered
  • How many people have read the broadcast
  • How many people have replied to the broadcast
