About providing customers with Order Details or Order Summaries

The Order Detail/Order Summary feature helps businesses provide an order summary to customers. Businesses are responsible for providing mandatory, correct, and truthful information and/or images in the Order Detail/Order Summary which includes:
  • user details
  • business details
  • description of goods or service purchased by the user
  • date of purchase of goods or services
  • price per item
  • total price and payment details
The Order Detail/Order Summary feature is not a substitute for invoices, cash memo, bill, receipt, etc., businesses must issue under law for goods/services. Businesses are solely responsible for issuing an invoice or such other statutory document as required under applicable laws.
