About providing customers with Order Details or Order Summaries

The Order Detail/Order Summary feature helps businesses provide an order summary to customers. Businesses are responsible for providing mandatory, correct, and truthful information and/or images in the Order Detail/Order Summary which includes:
  • user details
  • business details
  • description of goods or service purchased by the user
  • date of purchase of goods or services
  • price per item
  • total price and payment details
The Order Detail/Order Summary feature is not a substitute for an invoice, cash memo, bill, receipt, etc., that businesses are required to issue under applicable laws for sale of goods or services. Businesses are solely responsible for issuing an invoice or such other statutory document as required under applicable laws.
