How to star or unstar a message

The starred messages feature allows you to bookmark specific messages so you can quickly refer back to them later.

Star a message

  1. Hover over the message you want to star.
  2. Click
    Menu (down chevron)
    > Star.
Note: To view all of your starred messages, click
More Options (three vertical dots)
or
Menu (down chevron)
above your chats list > Starred messages.

Unstar a message

  1. Hover over the message you want to unstar.
  2. Click
    Menu (down chevron)
    > Unstar message.

Alternatively, you can:

  1. Click
    More Options (three vertical dots)
    or
    Menu (down chevron)
    above your chats list > Starred messages.
  2. Hover over the message you want to unstar.
  3. Click
    Menu (down chevron)
    > Unstar message.

Unstar all messages

  1. Click
    More Options (three vertical dots)
    or
    Menu (down chevron)
    above your chats list > Starred messages.
  2. Click
    More Options (three vertical dots)
    or
    Menu (down chevron)
    by the Starred messages menu > Unstar all > Unstar.
