How to shop while chatting with businesses

When chatting with customers, businesses can share lists—containing up to 30 items from their catalog—that relate to specific queries and requests. This can make it easier for customers to find desired items.

Shopping while chatting with businesses

  1. Go to the Chats tab, and open a chat with a business.
  2. Tap
    shopping
    next to the business name to access their entire catalog. Alternatively, you can send a message to let the business know what item you’re looking for.
    • Enter your message in the chat. Tap
      send
      .
    • If the business uses lists, they might share a list of possible matches. Tap the list.
  3. From the catalog or list, tap
    add item
    next to an item to add the item to your cart. You can also tap an item to open the product detail page. Then, tap Add to cart.
    • Tap
      add item
      or
      remove item
      to adjust the quantity of an item in your cart.
  4. Tap View cart > Send to business.
When the business receives your order, they’ll reach out to discuss your payment options.
