About communities on WhatsApp Business

You can engage with communities you’re already part of on WhatsApp Business.
Note: it’s not currently possible to create a community on WhatsApp Business.
To find communities you’re part of on WhatsApp Business:

  1. Click the Communities tab.
Note: If you resize your screen, this tab might disappear. You can access communities in this case by clicking the three-dot menu > Communities.
